The joy of eating fresh food is one of our most cherished pleasures as when we are eating, we can feel the happiness of all our senses which are in complete harmony with one another. Nonetheless there are times when we have to compromise on this pleasure as sometimes, we are too tired to eat it fresh after a long day and keep our food in the fridge only to warm it in the oven and eat it the morning after. At other times it is not our fault that our average expectations are met with a sub-par result as we end up disappointed. It has happened to plenty of passengers that they have looked forward to food delivery on train but ended up low quality food that was not as delicious as they thought it would be.
Moreover, taste is a relative term which differs from person to person as some people like chicken more than they like mutton whereas some people are fond of paneer more than they are of potatoes. Nonetheless one thing every food lover will agree on that is whether or not the combination of spices and ingredients is striking a good balance. One does not have to be a food connoisseur to know good food from bad.
